Dissonances accompagnies the Alfa3a organization

For nearly fifty years, Alfa3a has been supporting populations in need across six areas: assisted housing, early childhood care, youth activities, social and professional integration, access to legal and cultural resources, and the reception and integration of foreigners. More than 1,000 employees and 100 volunteers are involved in 146 facilities across 8 departments to welcome individuals, involve them in projects, and provide support.

Self-developement and fulfilment are at the heart of the organization. All members share a strong ambition: to help create a more humane society.

Alfa3a's sound identity: a life journey through music

During the creative process, a strong stance emerged: to express the life journey with its difficulties, but also the notion of resilience and hope. Warm and intimate, the music takes us by the hand and leads us forward. Against a contemporary electro rhythm, a melody develops on the piano, accompanied by enveloping vocals. Built around breaks and comebacks, the sound identity subtly symbolizes the life journey and the support along the way.
