A bold approach for the Hauts-de-Seine
At the forefront of communication, the Hauts-de-Seine department is launching a call for public tenders for the creation of its sound identity. After extensive consultation, the contract was won by Dissonances.
The goal : to use sonic identity as a spearhead for more lively, more accessible communication, in tune with its audience.

Adapt to all audiences
Through its missions, the department addresses all residents, from college students and their families, to the elderly and the most vulnerable. We find the sonic identity in the daily life of the department, in colleges, in assisted living facility for seniors, museums... all as well during numerous events.
The challenge is therefore to create a sonic identity that can embody the department in its different missions and create links with its very diverse audiences.

A music in three colors
To reach all audiences and adapt to all situations, the sonic identity is available in three versions, from the softest to the most dynamic.
The common thread: an accessible melody, easy to sing for a strong sound imprint. Sounds that speak to everyone: voices, acoustic guitar, piano. An optimistic, inspiring and warm musical universe. Bespoke and user-friendly, this sonic identity will adorn all the local authority's live, video and digital speaking engagements.
